**The major function of this position is**:
To provide first class administrative support to AR/AP, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and the Operations Director at the Maui Jim Australian DC.
**The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are**:
**Supporting Accounts Payable/Receivable**
- Code and enter AP invoices and upload into cloud location.
- Post customer payments daily in a timely and accurate manner (FEBAN process).
- Monitor credit hold file and release orders in a timely manner making consistent and good decisions based on analysis of information.
- Communicate with Account Executives the status of accounts on credit hold.
- Mailing of monthly statements and reminder notices.
- Send copies of invoices, credit notes and AR statements when requested by customers.
- Provide backup to the Manager, Credit & Collections for all Provision tasks.
**Supporting Customer Service**
- Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Assist with customer enquiries in relation to B2C payment problems
- Provide open order reports for key accounts.
- Assist with approval and opening setup of accounts (including setting up credit limits) and also assist with closing accounts.
- Manage internal DC closed account enquiries.
**Supporting Sales & Marketing**
- Complete & submit new line forms and price change forms for several key accounts.
- Maintain product catalogues on key account systems (e.g. Amazon and G&M for new lines, stock on hand, out of stocks, pricing, images, etc.)
- Maintain & update office sample bag sets for MJ SUN, MJ Optical & Zeal (Ensuring only current SKUs included).
- Provide limited admin support to the AE's as required.
**Other Duties**:
- Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
- Backup and support other departments as needed.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous AP/AR experience is essential.
- Previous exposure to SAP will be highly regarded.
- Customer service experience at a high level is recommended.
