Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves acting as the initial point of contact for established clients' day-to-day issues with our product, providing software application support and problem resolution within service level agreements.
This is an entry-level position that offers career development opportunities within our customer service team or the wider business. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with intermediate/senior customer service consultants to resolve unusual and complex customer requests.
* About the Role:
* Liaise with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address their queries and concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved within agreed-upon timeframes.
* Assist with knowledge base articles, help documentation, and other training materials to improve customer experience.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product features and how they apply to typical business processes.
* Raise system issues, enhancement requests, and provide product feedback for review and validation.
Requirements:
* No specific qualifications required but a formal degree or certificate in accounting or information technology is highly regarded.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine resolutions to complex problems.
