About This Opportunity:
* Lead and support a team of facilitators to deliver high-quality training programs
* Develop and implement training strategies to enhance facilitator skills and knowledge
* Mentor and coach trainers in best practice, co-facilitation, and skill development
* Ensure safe and effective training delivery, both online and in-person
* Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to advance organizational goals
Your Skills and Experience:
* Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work, or Training and Assessment
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Youth Work, or Allied Health
* Experience managing training staff and delivering training programs
* Strong collaboration and networking skills with healthcare services
* Able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
