Permanent, full-time position based in Jandakot with flexible working and free onsite parking.Due to an internal promotion, Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Operations (RFDS WO) is looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner. This role will deliver a high-quality operational and strategic HR service to People Leaders and employees. This role partners closely with leaders to deliver on strategic people objectives and provides tailored people solutions across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, industrial and employee relations, engagement, culture initiatives, and capability development.About youYou are a proactive, pragmatic and collaborative HR practitioner who thrives in a dynamic environment. With a strong background in strategic business partnering, you bring solid experience navigating complex industrial relations landscapes and working across multiple industrial instruments. Ideally, you have proven experience supporting complex Enterprise Agreement negotiations from strategy development, bargaining and the integration of new agreements.You are able to build trusted relationships with ease and are confident influencing, coaching, and guiding leaders to achieve practical, people-centred outcomes aligned with organisational strategy. You are motivated by supporting organisations to create a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged, and you continually look for opportunities to improve systems, processes, and capability.About the role
* Partner with leaders to provide expert advice and coaching across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, guidance, and informed decision-making support.
* Design and deliver targeted people leadership development programs for Senior Leaders.
* Manage complex workplace matters, including industrial relations, performance, and grievance issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and industrial agreements.
* In collaboration with relevant Department Heads, support end-to-end Enterprise Agreement negotiations for designated portfolios, including analysis, modelling, participation in bargaining meetings, and submission of documentation to the Fair Work Commission.
* Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
* Support organisational change initiatives while maintaining engagement and team cohesion.
* Contribute to Employee Value Proposition initiatives, including but not limited to cyclical culture initiatives, remuneration and benefits and DE&I programs.
* Drive continuous improvement through the review and enhancement of people processes and practices.
