Client Care Specialist
Macquarie Group is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets, seeking a Client Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our retail bank clients. The role is part of our Client Service and Support division, responsible for providing timely, positive resolutions to client cases through multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
Work closely with clients to build trust and understand their situation with empathy and professionalism.
Investigate issues to uncover their origin and provide mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensure suitable resolutions are provided, share insights to enable continuous process improvement.
Handle ongoing communication over the phone and via email until cases are resolved.
What You Offer
Strong skills in spotting potential risks and taking proactive steps to resolve them.
Ability to follow policy and procedures, working to internal and external guidelines.
Excellent communication skills that allow deep investigation.
Highly motivated to work within fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
Prior experience within financial services, especially exposure to complaint processes (highly regarded).
