About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Catering Cart Packing Assistant to join our airline catering team at Gold Coast Airport.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately restocking airline service carts with meals, beverages, and equipment, ensuring everything is complete, clean, and ready for departure. Attention to detail and efficiency are key, as you'll help maintain the high standards required for airline food service.

Your Responsibilities
As a Cart Packing Assistant, your main tasks will include:
- Replenish and restock airline service carts with meals, beverages, snacks, and equipment according to loading plans.
- Ensure all trolleys are correctly packed, labelled, and sealed before dispatch to aircraft.
- Check that carts meet airline specifications and are fully stocked and presentable.
- Organise and rotate stock to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the cart packing area.
- Work closely with other team members and follow instructions to meet tight flight schedules.
- Report shortages or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
