THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting into the Senior Director, Supply Chain, ANZ, we have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Manager, Supply Chain.
In this role, you will lead governance for the operational "ways of working", help drive execution excellence among the team, develop and roll-out strategic communications and foster stakeholder engagement and learning initiatives.
You will be the central communication conduit for our value-creation framework, ensuring programs deliver measurable benefits across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Director, Supply Chain to embed strategic priorities, track progress, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Provide centralised governance for Integrated Supply Chain "ways of working," including meeting cadences, roles, and accountability frameworks.
Prepare high-level briefing materials, presentations, talking points, and leadership updates for senior stakeholders.
Lead transformation communications and change management for key ANZ enterprise projects.
Develop clear, multi-channel communications (executive updates, Town Halls, newsletters) in collaboration with the Commercial Communications team.
Build on-brand visual presentation assets and multimedia content to support strategic messages and leadership storytelling.
Produce short videos, voiceovers, audio snippets and other content to elevate internal storytelling, celebrate milestones, and drive recognition.
Design and facilitate capability-building experiences (storytelling workshops, presentation coaching), curate comms toolkits, and develop engagement forums (e.g., with Credo Champions) to strengthen team connection and capability.
About You
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated track record in stakeholder accountability and engagement.
Demonstrated experience working with Supply Chain teams.
Proven knowledge of program governance practices and accountability frameworks.
Strong communication, influence and leadership skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
Solid program/project management and problem-solving skills (planning, tracking, reporting, risk mitigation).
Practical experience in change management and transformation communications.
Proficiency with presentation and content tools (PowerPoint) and basic multimedia production (short video/audio content, editing) and internal communications platforms.
Experience in the healthcare sector or ANZ market would be an advantage.
Experience designing and facilitating capability-building workshops or coaching for leaders and teams is preferred.
