In this role, you will be expected to: Deliver solid financial results : Manage the P&L; to achieve financial targets, while driving efficiency and cost control. Develop and grow customer relationships : Identify, develop, maintain, and expand long-term commercial partnerships across diverse sectors, such as facilities management, government, health, and hospitality. Elevate operational performance : Implement process improvements, scheduling systems, and quality controls to enhance service delivery and productivity. Build and lead a high-performing team : Recruit, mentor, and retain A Players, instilling accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance and safety : Maintain best-in-class OHS systems and exceed regulatory requirements. Shape strategy and succession : Work alongside the CEO and Directors to define and execute the medium-to-long-term growth strategy, preparing to step into the CEO role. Who Will Thrive in This Role We’re looking for a leader who demonstrates: Hands-on leadership — able to work closely with customers, and field/office staff, not just from behind a desk. Operational discipline — 5-10 years’ experience in HVAC, facilities management, or other high-compliance, service-based industries. Customer-first mindset — strong experience in building trust with a focus on developing long-term commercial accounts. Strategic and financial acumen — proven P&L; management, budgeting, and forecasting. Safety and compliance leadership — a track record of embedding OHS best practice.
