We are looking for a proactive and organised Finance and Facilities Assistan t to support both our finance operations and day-to-day facility needs. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and teams.
This is a full-time position based in Warragul
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable, receivable, payroll and financial recordkeeping
Assist with maintaining accurate financial data
Assist with office and property set-up, maintenance, repairs, and service requests
Provide general admin support to the finance and facilities teams
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a finance administrative support role (2+ years experience)
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Good communication and organisation skills
Proficiency in Xero (preferred) and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks
Intermediate computer skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
