About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our College.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional experience for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, building relationships, and working as part of a supportive team.
You will work closely with our Office Manager and provide support across Administration and Student Services when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence efficiently
* Provide administrative support to Student Services, including attendance, records, and first aid assistance
* Respond to parent and student enquiries with care and clarity
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism
About You
You are someone who:
* Brings energy, warmth, and positivity to every interaction
* Has strong communication and organisational skills
* Thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
* Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
* Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in reception, administration, or customer service (school setting desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with school systems (desirable but not essential)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Clearance

Employment Details
* Full-time position (immediate start)
* Salary in accordance with the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020, based on experience and qualifications
* A Pastoral/Church reference is required
