The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a full-time temporary basis. Key responsibilities include:
* Allocations
* Refunds/Claims
* Collections
* Account reconciliations
* Follow-up and reporting on aged debts
* Credit checks
* New accounts setup
* Stopping supply
* Other tasks as directed by the Financial Controller
About You
You are a self-starter, working full-time on-site with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a dedicated role (not blended with AP). You will also need to:
* Work independently or as part of a team
* Be experienced with Xero
* Have a high level of attention to detail
* Possess excellent communication skills
