Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT BOUTIQUE MANAGEMENT BY DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS.
* E nsure the highest level of customer service at all times.
* DAILY SECURITY STOCK COUNTS AND ROUTINE TASKS AS DIRECTED.
* Undertake daily routine tasks as directed including stock maintenance and cleaning.
* Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts.
* Attend regular training sessions to continuously develop own knowledge.
Requirements
* Demonstrated retail experience with a proven track record in luxury industry beneficial.
* Highly developed customer service skills with the ability to adapt to individual needs.
* A genuine passion for the Longines brand.
* Computer literacy skills with proficiency in software applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
