About the Role
Sime have an exciting opportunity to join our Avanti Project as a Global Process Modeller. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role and can be based in either our South Brisbane, Singapore, Christchurch or Malaysia branches.
In this role, you will:
* Design and maintain process models in Mavim, ensuring compliance with BPM standards and quality criteria.
* Translate business requirements into accurate end-to-end process models with complete metadata (RACI, KPIs, risks).
* Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes and define changes required for migration.
* Facilitate business process mapping workshops and identify improvement opportunities.
* Interpret business needs and recommend solutions at the business unit level.
* Prepare documentation and support training, testing, and adoption activities.
* Maintain process repository accuracy and visual consistency across levels
* Collaborate with stakeholders and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
* Experience in process modelling, BPM standards, and business process mapping.
* Proficiency with Mavim or similar process modelling tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention detail.
* Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into process designs.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Knowledge of governance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and commitment to ongoing professional development.
