A day in the life of this role is dynamic, challenging and highly rewarding. As a skilled operator, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, creating memorable experiences for guests and consistently delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and quality
* Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
* Manage venue operations, including staff rostering, inventory management and stock control
* Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and reconciliations
* Promote and maintain a positive image of the venue through social media and community engagement
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
* Ability to lift up to 25kg, with frequent bending, kneeling and standing
* Current RSA and Approved Manager's Certificate
