Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Leadership
* Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Deliver large-scale AI and infrastructure deployment projects across multiple sites and regions.
* Ensure project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria are clearly defined and achieved.
* Drive successful project outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource requirements.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities and technology landscapes.
Project Planning & Governance
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, baselines, dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocations.
* Monitor project performance and proactively manage variances, dependencies, and delivery risks.li>
* Establish effective governance processes, reporting structures, and project controls.
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with organizational standards.
Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
* Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
* Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and executive reviews.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs, revenues, and financial reporting across multiple engagements.
* Ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters and contractual obligations.
* Track project performance against financial targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive mitigation and resolution plans with accountable stakeholders.
* Escalate critical issues appropriately and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
* Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining delivery commitments.
* Lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed project teams.
* Coordinate internal resources, contractors, vendors, and implementation partners.
* Mentor and support Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
* Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Required Experience
* Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience within IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology, or Network environments.
* Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure deployment programs across multiple sites and regions.
* Experience managing projects spanning 100+ locations globally.
* Strong background working within customer-facing or professional services environments.
* Experience managing third‐party vendor and partner‐led deployments.li>
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery excellence.
Technical & Project Management Expertise
* Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
* Advanced project planning skills, including:

* Resource Planning
* Schedule Management
* Strong experience managing project risks, issues, changes, and escalations.
* Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion while balancing scope, budget, timeline, and resources.

* Understanding of AI infrastructure and emerging technology environments is highly desirable.
* Extensive experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.

* Experience reporting financial performance across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of IT, Infrastructure, or Network Project Management experience.
Preferred
* Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies.
