In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the central Queensland Regional and Agri Banking team that is doubling down on customer obsession.
* Each day you'll go above and beyond to:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
* Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
* Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunity for growth.
* Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Previous experience working as a banker preferably in Agribusiness.
* Experience in all aspects for financial analysis and credit assessment.
* Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in dynamic environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
