What you'll do
Your focus will be on technical design and documentation, translating design concepts into clear, accurate drawings that builders can confidently work from.
• Produce detailed ArchiCAD documentation across DA, tender and construction stages
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications and 3D models
• Interpret and apply NCC, Australian Standards and local planning regulations
• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors
• Resolve technical and coordination issues across disciplines
What you'll need
• Experience producing construction documentation for multi-storey residential projects in Australia
• Strong ArchiCAD proficiency or Revit
• Solid understanding of building codes, NCC and Australian Standards
• A technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
