About the Role

CareSouth cares about the well-being of our staff, participants, and community. Our Clinical Services team is vital in ensuring we are trauma informed in all aspects of our organisation.

CareSouth have an exciting opportunity for two Senior Clinician to join the CareSouth Clinical team:

Senior Clinical Southern NSW/ACT, this role will be based in our Goulburn office on a fixed term full-time basis for 12 months.

As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for:

Driving the therapeutic clinical services model across all relevant services across the region.
Managing a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, with the potential to expand
Providing reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers
therapeutic intervention/ support to our young people
Responsible for the implementation CareSouth's trauma informed Therapeutic Care Model

The total remuneration package for this position includes:

Salary $105,275- $111,592 (Dependent on experience)
Fully maintained vehicle
Superannuation and leave loading
Salary Packaging entitlements up to $15,899
Meals and Entertainment Card valued up to $2,500

About you

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or other relevant clinical field and current or eligible registration.
Current registration with AHPRA where required or eligibility for registration with the relevant state body.
Significant experience working with trauma informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection and similar relevant service sectors
Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity.
Significant experience working with trauma informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection and similar relevant service sectors.
Highly developed communication skills.
Sound judgement and problem solving skills.
Experience working within a case management framework
