Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests are briefed on activities and equipment usage, participating in day-to-day operations, taking bookings, payments, and upselling activity packages.
Key Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues
* Strong attention to detail and efficient time management
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in safety briefings and a strong understanding of risk management
* Willingness to work outdoors in a physical role
* Driver License
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
