Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity to join our merchandising team in Queensland, with responsibility for the growth of the Conex Banninger brand development across the state. You'll be a key ambassador and will help to grow sales by developing specification strategy, and providing technical leadership and training to our branch network and customers. You'll be creating sales plans for your region and key contractors, based on your knowledge of their upcoming projects. Relationship management is a key focus in the new role, with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in the building services industry with a track record of successfully selling (including specification sales)
* Technically astute – with a technical mindset and an ability to understand complex matters, and convey them in simple terms
* Love building strong relationships and are a confident presenter, in both formal and informal settings
* Self‐starter – highly motivated and enjoys taking ownership of your role and responsibilities
* Solid problem‐solving and conflict‐management skills, with an ability to proactively resolve issues
