This is a varied role working closely with the owner to grow Darling & Domain across our digital platforms, support ecommerce operations and pitch in on the shop floor when needed.
This role offers the opportunity to grow with the business and expand your skills across content creation, customer experience, marketing and ecommerce.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
* Plan, create and schedule engaging weekly EDMs using Klaviyo
* Write a monthly SEO friendly blog
* Assist with planning and creating engaging social media content alongside the owner
* Create and manage Meta ad campaigns
* Reply to customer messages and DMs in a timely and brand appropriate tone
Ecommerce & Website Management
* Load new product into Lightspeed and Shopify, including product descriptions and images
* Assist with ongoing management of our website including home page content, collections and banners
* Help pack and dispatch online orders
Retail Operations Support
* Unpack new stock deliveries
* Provide customer service and sales support on the shop floor when needed
* Pitch in and help wherever required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience using Canva, Lightspeed, Klaviyo and Shopify
* Strong written and communication skills
* Interest or background in fashion, lifestyle or retail
* 1-2 years previous experience in retail, marketing or ecommerce roles
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Creative, collaborative and hands on attitude
