About the Role
The Tutoring Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple tutoring centres across Sydney, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and performance.
This role involves delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, helping team members develop their skills and align with company standards.
The Tutoring Centre Manager will also conduct academic assessments to identify student needs and track liaison with parents about the results.
Maintaining a fun, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for both students and staff is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.
Remuneration
This is a casual position, paying $30 - $34 per hour + Super.

A car and driver's license are necessary for traveling to multiple sites across Sydney.
