The Role
Supporting the HR function across onboarding, employee relations and day‐to‐day HR coordination, including:
* Coordinating onboarding, contracts and employee documentation
* Assisting with employee relations issues, investigations and outcomes
* Ensuring compliance with awards, policies and employment legislation
* Supporting interpretation of employment conditions, pay structures and entitlements
* Maintaining employee records, licences, tickets and training registers
* Coordinating recruitment processes including job ads and interviews
* Supporting payroll inputs, timesheets and general HR reporting
* Contributing to HR initiatives, culture and staff engagement
The Criteria
* Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
* 2–5 years experience in HR or similar role (construction ideal, not essential)
* Exposure to employee relations, performance management and IR matters
* Understanding of Fair Work, awards and employment conditions
* Confident communicator, able to deal with both site and office staff
