Night Manager Role
Ensuring smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction during the overnight hours is a key responsibility of this role. From 11pm to 7am, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Maintain high standards of security and safety across the property
* Deliver exceptional customer service through continuous interaction with guests, including check-ins, checkouts, and addressing their needs
* Manage the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial data
* Implement property security protocols and enforce them consistently
* Contribute to the preparation of operational tasks for the daytime team
