First Nations - Operations Facilities Specialist
Location: Water NSW - Tamworth, NSW
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies, with a proven track record in implementing them. Specifically: Just Terms Compensation, Conveyancing Act, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Strata Titles Act.
* Experience in operating computerised information management systems / asset management tools (e.g., GIS, EAMs) and a working knowledge of the relevant operations of the Land and Property Information Office.
* Nice to Have: Relevant government property or water sector experience.
