About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Booker / Account Manager to join our team. You'll manage client campaigns end‑to‑end – from taking briefs and pitching talent through to booking, delivery, and wrap‑up. This role suits someone with relevant industry experience who can confidently handle clients, manage jobs independently, and contribute to growing the business. You'll be a proactive, positive presence who keeps things moving smoothly and helps build a strong team culture.
What You'll Do
* Manage bookings from brief through to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
* Act as the day‑to‑day contact for brands and agencies, providing outstanding client service.
* Pitch talent for opportunities and contribute to new business development.
* Build strong relationships with models and influencers, ensuring reliability and professionalism.
* Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered profitably.
* Support collaboration across the team and bring maturity and professionalism to the office.
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years' experience in a relevant role (PR, influencer management, communications, or talent booking).
* Experience and love for business development.
* Confident relationship manager with experience working directly with clients.
* Commercially minded and comfortable managing budgets and timelines.
* Highly organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects.
* Positive, professional, and solutions‑focused – someone who adds stability to the team.
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
* Strong understanding of tech tools like HubSpot, and a hunger for embracing new tools like ChatGPT & AI workflows.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary of $85‑$90,000 (depending on experience) + super + bonuses .
