About the Role
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor on a contract basis, delivering demountable school projects across Western and South West Sydney. These projects involve fast-paced programs, live environments, and strong coordination between civil and building trades.
This role is ideally suited to a hands‐on Supervisor with previous experience in modular/demountable construction and a strong understanding of civil works, particularly stormwater drainage.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations on demountable school projects
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades onsite
* Supervise civil components including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, and service connections
* Ensure works are delivered to program, budget, and quality standardsMaintain a strong focus on WHS compliance and site safety
* Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and school representatives
* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial, education, or modular construction
* Civil experience highly desirable, particularly stormwater and drainage packages
* Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and safety regulations
* Ability to manage tight programmes in live school environments
* Trade qualified (Carpentry or similar preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* White Card (essential)
