Key Responsibilities
* Own the full maintenance and work management lifecycle, from planning through to execution
* Drive HSE, availability, and cost outcomes across fixed and mobile assets
* Lead a large, multidisciplinary maintenance team through strong technical and operational leadership
* Guide asset strategy, scheduling, and system adherence to achieve efficient and effective outcomes
Requirements
* Extensive experience in maintenance leadership within the mining industry
* Proven success managing large teams and budgets, within complex operating environments
* Strong technical understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and risk management
* Clear decision-making skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Relevant industry qualifications and/or demonstrated leadership development (desirable)
* Current Valid Driver's Licence

As a seasoned professional, you will have a strong background in maintenance leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex operating environments.
With excellent technical knowledge and exceptional leadership skills, you will be able to guide a large, multidisciplinary maintenance team to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
