Your new role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, managing, and securing Azure cloud environments for our clients. You'll work across a broad range of Microsoft technologies, ensuring robust infrastructure performance, compliance, and scalability. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on cloud security, systems administration, and network management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design, support, and maintenance of Azure cloud instances and services
* Implementation of Azure security and compliance best practices
* Administration of Azure AD, Exchange, and Office 365 environments
* Management of IAM solutions, firewalls, and network configurations
* Systems administration using PowerShell, Intune, and AutoPilot
* Infrastructure management including DNS, Radius, DHCP, and VPN
* Oversight of Azure tenancies and Office 365 instances
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset. You'll be comfortable working in complex Azure environments and have a passion for delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
Key skills and experience:
* Proven experience in Azure cloud design, support, and administration
* Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange, and IAM integrations
* Experience with virtual machines, load balancers, and cloud security
* Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, and AutoPilot
* Solid understanding of networking principles (DNS, Radius, DHCP, VPN)
* Familiarity with ACSC Essential Eight and system hardening practices
* Background in infrastructure architecture across medium to large enterprises
