We're seeking a skilled Support Specialist to deliver tailored support to children, young people, families, foster and kinship carers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate educational and therapeutic programs
Provide direct support, case management, and after-hours assistance
Collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities
Guide and train staff to enhance service delivery
Build strong networks with community partners and stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Essential
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences or 5+ years equivalent experience
Applied knowledge of child protection and trauma frameworks
Experience supporting children and families with complex needs
Proven ability to deliver culturally inclusive practicesValid driver's licence and ability to obtain required checks (Blue Card, Police Check, LCS screening)
Desirable
Understanding of the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act ****
Experience in service quality improvement
