CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead civil and remediation works across mining, defence and industrial projects based in Darwin, NT. Join a nationally recognised contractor delivering complex remediation, refurbishment and upgrade projects across the Northern Territory and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure across multiple sectors, with regular site travel required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end delivery of remediation, upgrade and infrastructure projects. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective outcomes. Maintain strong focus on HSEQ compliance across all stages of project delivery. Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones and quality standards are met. Monitor budgets, schedules, and procurement activities. Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, SWMS, RFIs and progress reports. Lead project meetings, reporting and forecasting requirements. Support tender preparation and estimation activities. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in project delivery within mining, construction or industrial services environments. Background in roles such as Project Engineer, Site Supervisor or Mining Superintendent looking to step up. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and clients. Demonstrated understanding of HSEQ frameworks and project governance. Commercial awareness with solid planning, cost control and documentation skills. White Card and valid Driver’s Licence essential. Ability to obtain Police Clearance for Defence project access.
