Route Operations Manager
As a key member of our Retail and Consumer function, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day service level targets and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that business achievements meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Manage customer relations and be the first point of contact/escalation for all operational shift issues.
* Oversee adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and site safety requirements.
* Complete pre-operational checklists for all loads and report on damages and Movements involving Incidents (MVIs).
* Optimize allocations and dispatch operations to achieve highest service levels.

Requirements
* Demonstrate full understanding of transport processes and expectations.
* Display knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles.
* Understand relevant Federal and State Law requirements.
* Provide excellent customer-focused services (internal & external).
* Develop strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Possess valid driver's license and Forklift license.
