Description What’s the Role? Westpac SME is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with third-party introducers, brokers, and referral networks to drive new business opportunities. You’ll leverage your lending expertise and strong interpersonal skills to develop a robust pipeline of SME customers through external channels. By partnering with brokers, accountants, and other key stakeholders in the business community, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting new customers to Westpac’s suite of SME solutions. What Do I Need? Proven experience in Business Banking Strong relationship-building and networking skills Confidence in managing B2B partnerships and third-party channels Demonstrated success in generating new business through external networks Ability to influence and guide conversations with key stakeholders Why join us?
