Casual roles available
ACNC Registered Charity and NDIS Registered Provider
Over cookie-cutter care work? So are we.
At IES, we do not believe support should feel transactional. We are a charity-led social enterprise working to build connection, inclusion and real opportunity, and we are looking for support workers who want to be part of that, not just fill shifts.
Our work is about people. Real lives, real challenges and real wins. Every shift matters, whether it is supporting someone at home, getting out into the community, or running group programs that actually feel fun and meaningful. When you work with us, you are not just clocking in. You are contributing to something that genuinely makes a difference.
