Biostatistician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician to play a key part in shaping product development by designing, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to optimise diagnostic performance and improve patient outcomes.
Genetic Signatures improves patient care and outcomes by developing innovative diagnostic technologies which simplify molecular pathology.
The ideal candidate will support the development and validation of our molecular diagnostic technologies, enabling informed decisions through robust statistical insight.
Responsibilities:
* Performing statistical analyses of assay development, clinical trial, and observational study data using software such as SAS, R, or STATA.
* Generating descriptive and inferential statistics, graphical data representations, and interpret findings.
* Contributing to study design including statistical analysis plans (SAPs), sample size calculations, and experimental design.
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to provide statistical input and support across development, validation, manufacturing, regulatory, and research.
* Writing statistical reports, visual summaries, and regulatory documentation.
* Conducting quality control of statistical outputs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or a related field.
* Programming skills in SAS, R, STATA or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex statistical concepts to non-statistical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
