Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an enterprise-wide IT strategy to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiencies.

* Oversee IT infrastructure, data security, and compliance with industry regulations.
* Manage and optimize IT budgets to ensure cost-effective technology investments.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
* Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, POS).
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy laws.
* Experience in managing multi-location IT operations across different countries.
* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
