A Day in the Life
As an IT Support Technician, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive IT team that keeps our systems running smoothly.
* Responding to and resolving IT support tickets
* Setting up and configuring hardware such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
* Installing and updating software applications
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding users
* Supporting network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
* Maintaining and updating IT documentation and guides
* Helping with inventory and asset tracking
* Participating in ongoing IT projects and upgrades
* Required to be part of the on‐call roster (once every few weeks)
* Store setup and travel opportunities
Ideal Candidate
* Willing to learn and eager to grow IT knowledge
* Clear communicator comfortable helping people at all levels
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Interested in technology and solving problems
Nice to Have
* Familiar with Windows and/or macOS environments
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP, DNS)
* Exposure to tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems
* Experience configuring PC/Mobile hardware
