* A 10-month generalist development program, including role rotations to support you to establish and grow your career in the ACT Public Service.
* One of thehighest graduate salary packages in the Australian public sector, beginning at $86,750.After successful completionoftheprogram, you'll be promoted to an ASO5 and have a salary of $95,722 (subject to increases in the 2026 – 2029 Enterprise Agreement).

* Financial support to relocate to Canberra.

2027 ACT Public Service Graduate Program Eligibility:
* Hold evidence to work full-time in Australia for an unrestricted period (Australian birth certificate, Australian or New Zealand passport, Australian Citizenship, Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)). The Territory cannot sponsor visa holders.
* Have completed anAustralian recognised qualification that meets the Australian Qualifications Framework (Bachelors Degree, Bachelors Honours Degree, Masters Degree or PhD), within the past three years (completed between 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026).
* Be available to commence the program in the ACT inFebruary 2027.
