Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inspection, testing, commissioning and handover process for specific projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain digital completion systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
* Develop and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and commissioning procedures to meet project requirements.
* Provide technical support for commissioning works, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.
* Liaise with design, construction and asset teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate documentation.
* Maintain compliance with quality standards and promote continuous improvement in quality processes.
Requirements
* Hold a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering with demonstrated experience in infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record in managing or supporting inspection, testing, commissioning and handover processes, preferably in water or wastewater sectors.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems, including the ability to develop and audit ITPs and QA documentation.
* Able to liaise across multidisciplinary teams, with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using digital completion systems, defect tracking tools and document management platforms to streamline project closeout and compliance.
