Exciting opportunity to join an established construction company as the HR Manager and lead a team

Our client is a well-established Australian company servicing the construction industry.
This exciting opportunity will see a true HR Manager supporting their HR function business-wide and using strong collaboration and communication.
The role will report directly into the CEO and is part of the leadership team within the company.
**Your new role**
This is an established HR Manager position with a HR Coordinator reporting into you.
Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
- Performance management including training and ongoing development
- Advising on remuneration and benefit programs
- Developing employee engagement programs
- Managing the employee exit process and provide support and advice to managers
- Ensuring employees adhere to HR, OHS and Workers Compensation legislation
- Advising on safety and quality to ensure ISO accreditation is maintained
- Managing workforce planning that address the organization structure, job designs, succession planning, employee retention and change management
- Providing management and staff with professional HR generalist advice
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Proven experience in HR Management roles for 5+ years
- Up to date knowledge with HR legislation and awards
- HR Management experience within construction is desirable
- A real passion for change and proactively encouraging new and bold ideas
- Experience with performance management and disciplinary action
- Strong communication and computer skills
