This role focuses on developing and reviewing contracts to ensure quality learning services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track contract expiration dates, coordinate invoicing, and payment for timely execution.
* Support managers with contract reporting, provide documentation, and collaborate with business partners to prepare progress reports.
* Organize audits to verify business processes, offer advice, and report on corrective actions.
* Compile information for RTI and Privacy requests while maintaining confidentiality.
* Provide induction and training on Quality Management Systems, SRTO, and Contract requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legislation, contract terms, and SRTO compliance.
They should possess excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
