Job Description
We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Full‐Time / Independent Contractor Engineer for the following role.
Mode: Full time Contract Position
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience Requirement: Mandatory 5+ years experience in EUC/Desktop Support
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues
* Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
* Provide onsite and remote end‐user support
* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
* Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and group management
* Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‐Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues
* Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices
* Support AV/Meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems
* Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy
* Maintain proper ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance
* Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities
Required Skills
* Windows 10/11 support
* SCCM / Intune knowledge
* VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting
* Printer and peripheral support
* Basic networking knowledge
* BitLocker support
* Remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer
Preferred Skills
* Experience in VIP user support
* Knowledge of ITIL process
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
