About the role
Tamar Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic and organised Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Launceston, Tasmania. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic clinic.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
* Scheduling and managing patient appointments
* Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
* Assisting the chiropractors with various administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
* Supporting the smooth running of the clinic's operations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
* A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our patients
* Australian work rights are required
* Availability to work weekdays only
