Responsibilities
* Desktop support
* Entry‐level Microsoft 365 administration
* Remote monitoring and management
* Entry‐level system administration
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Manage IT support incidents, requests, and changes
* Log and update tickets
* Resolve or elevate incidents and requests
* Provide remote support via remote connection tools
* Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
* Log and submit timesheets
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
* Technical experience with desktop support
* Active Directory management and administration
* Microsoft 365 administration and support
* Remote monitoring and management experience
* Experience with Mac OS X and any Linux/Unix variants
* Network troubleshooting knowledge
Preferred Certifications
* MS-900
* AZ-900
* CompTIA IT Fundamentals
* CompTIA A+

Job Type: Full‐time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Experience Requirements
* Helpdesk support: 1 year (Required)
* Microsoft 365 administration: 1 year (Required)
* Working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP): 1 year (Preferred)
