Job Summary
We are seeking a Property Leasing Manager to oversee the administration of our property assets.
Key Responsibilities
* To administer leasing acquisitions and disposals of city property assets effectively
* To coordinate and manage financial tasks associated with community and commercial tenancies efficiently
* To maintain accurate accounting records and reports
* To coordinate expressions of interest processes for lease or licence disposal timely
* To coordinate trading permits and other related activities
Requirements
* A minimum of three years of experience in administering community and commercial leasing and land-related legal documentation
* A sound understanding and interpretation of relevant legal documents
* Experience in a similar position in local or state government would be desirable
* Strong literacy skills and experience in report preparation, research, and writing
* Solid knowledge of property and asset management practices
* Working knowledge of Land Administration Act 1997 and associated regulations
* Working knowledge of Commercial Tenancies Act 1995
* A strong commitment to internal and external customer service
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
