The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical, operational, and corporate roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and ensure business-critical roles are filled with high-quality talent.

This is a Perth-based rolling contract role supporting ongoing hiring requirements.

Responsibilities
* Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines including operations, engineering, maintenance, technical, and corporate roles
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and talent pooling
* Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
* Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to stakeholders
* Manage recruitment campaigns and maintain active talent pipelines
* Coordinate offer management, reference checks, and onboarding
* Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
* Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
