What you will do
* Provide safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate.
* Support with triage and reduce duplication between health and social care to minimise OT waiting lists.
* Collaborate with external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks.
* Complete reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services and optimal use of equipment.
* Evaluate double-handed care and waking night packages to enhance service delivery.
* Offer mutual aid to other occupational therapy areas as required.
* Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.
Requirements
* Must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* A valid driver's licence is preferable to facilitate travel between different localities.
