Project Human Resources is a boutique multidisciplinary HR service provider with expertise in Recruitment, Psychometric Testing, Career Transition Coaching and HR Consulting.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Trainee White Collar Recruitment Consultant as part of our growth plans for 2025 who can work in our mining and engineering space.
The Role
The daily responsibilities of this role will include interviewing candidates and building profiles for inclusion in our talent pools. Identifying prospects and entering details into our CRM. Conducting candidate marketing campaigns. There is an existing portfolio of clients to service but you will also work on expanding the reach of this business and handling all aspects of the job process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, due diligence and placements.
To be successful for the role you will possess:
* A strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
* A strong customer service ethic.
* An ability to develop rapport with excellent communication skills.
* Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
* Mining industry knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.
