The role involves providing advice and assistance to optimize ICT operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support and guidance to staff and students.
* Delivering training to staff on the effective use of ICT tools.
* Conducting regular preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on ICT facilities and equipment.
