Exciting new opportunity to support our Home Care Hubs. Our Home Support Workers don't just provide care, they build lasting relationships. By working consistently with the same clients, you will become a trusted companion who delivers truly personalised support. Every service and activity is thoughtfully tailored to each client's health, happiness, independence, interests and choices, empowering them to live life on their own terms, with dignity and joy. How you will make an impact as a Home Support Worker
You'll enjoy flexible hours, a small supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
* Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
* Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.
* Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
* Monitoring medication.
* Scheduling and attending appointments.
* Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.
What your compassion looks like
As a Compassionate And Dependable Individual Who Takes Pride In Delivering Excellent Customer Service – Ideally With Experience In The Health Or Aged Care Sector – You Will Bring
* Previous experience in Day respite or lifestyle preferred
* A warm and caring nature
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* A positive and practical attitude
* Strong communication skills
* A current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* WWVP Card WITH NDIS Endorsement
* Medication Administration Competency
